  • Support the core leadership and culture of the GIG Team.
  • Have a professional and ethical approach to all member’s and at meetings.
  • Conduct monthly meetings with a motivational, empowering approach.
    Monthly meetings will be scheduled in advance with adequate notification of date, time and location if not virtual.
  • Meetings will provide training, education and support.
    Trainings will focus on the 6 disciplines of real estate investing.
  • Trainings will also focus on bringing in guest speakers periodically who compliment the GIG business culture.
  • Group Leaders will work with and check in on the progress of all participants.
  • Members may choose and will be encouraged to work directly with Group Leaders in an effort to build their businesses.
  • An open door policy in regards to group discussions, comments, and accomplishments will be encouraged
